Victor's Lair Escape Room at Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein

Escape room (Body in a suitcase) was a fairly basic one. In just 1 room, with not much to do in the room as in you looked in one spot you didn’t use the entire room. No clock for timer in the room, kept getting hints when it would have been good to try to complete ourselves. The staff were very friendly though.

Was really fun to do this a really awesome layout/set, didn't get to the end but the story/narrative was great. Definitely s*#t myself a couple times and so did the family. Staff were friendly and in character rude as hell (like they are suppose to be) thanks!

Done hundreds of escape rooms. Did the basement one. There’s 2 ways of getting an answer to one of the codes which is misleading. The person who ended up coming down because we got stuck was rude and refused to help. The time was running out and instead of trying to give more clues he kept repeating himself. I kept asking several times after it had finished and before it had finished what’s the answer. He left the room, came back and said stop your times run out. I said ok but what was the answer, he then kept speaking over me saying get out your times up. I’ve never had such a poor experience from an escape room. I really wouldn’t waste your time. They don’t care, they’re rude and unhelpful and we left so frustrated. Customer service was honestly appalling.
