Did the “80s” murder escape room today with my family, awful. Nothing 80s about it, as my relative said in their review the set was falling apart. We were given clues when we didn’t ask for them, was also rudely asked by the games master “what did you just do?” When we didn’t do anything at all. Clues were far too easy. I was also told that the doors stay open the whole time so we can leave if we ‘want’ to??? Very disappointed. Emily, our supposed games master was extremely welcoming and friendly. However, when putting clues up on the screen she seemed otherwise, unless that wasn’t her which I am leading to believe. The whole place in general stunk of weed, chemicals and paint. The soft play is tiny, I know it’s made for kids but compared to the size of the place itself the soft play could be bigger if they got rid of that tatty mini golf which genuinely looks abandoned. This place is fully a waste of money. I wouldn’t bother. I could hear people screaming from outside, making me lose my focus. Also, upon coming out of the room, I had left something in which I needed to go back to collect, nobody was at reception to tell so I walked back through the orange door down to the escape room and I saw a young lady with glasses and ginger hair, upon seeing her, she gave me the most awful stare? I said to her “you alright” and Smiled and was completely ignored. Customer service where? Clearly she didn’t want to be there so what could possibly be the point in working there? My friends have also been here a couple times and another one of our family friends have been here a lot and also had the same experience with that young girl, I’ve also not seen her introduce any games when I’ve come here before with my friends MANY times. It would be nice to have some variety of games masters and not the same 2 people rotated. Honestly, was thinking about turning around to the young girl and saying “I don’t appreciate being ignored” however that is inappropriate and I shouldn’t have to tell her that anyway as she should know. Great CS from Emily though, my friends came here after and did flying home and had a lovely experience with Emily and this other young blonde girl, both girls were smiling and introducing us to the game as I’ve been told so amazing job from those 2 girls! If I came here again I’d love to see those 2 again, amazing. Just gutted at how poor our game was ran and how many clues we were given. I’d give this more stars just for those 2 girls on my friends’ behalf but unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives. Do not recommend.

Enjoyed a hilarious family game of mini golf with 2 teenagers. The course is quirky and well thought out. Not for serious golfers, this is how fun golf should be - quite random, helpful staff and indoor so no weather issues.

Awful, whole building is run down. I would avoid it is filthy. Toilet were disgusting they look like they have not been cleaned this year no toilet roll overall gross. The escape room was not worth the price it was quite boring to complete overall I would say do not bother and find somewhere else
