Really great experience in the Alcatraz room, difficult but intriguing puzzles, Heidi was the runner of our room and her customer service and live acting within our room was amazing!
Loved the experience and the escape room itself and Danielle was so amazing and very interactive. The help was so hilarious when we asked for help with the interaction of our chosen preference of shouting like a Prison guard. Definitely recommend the Alcatraz escape room especially if Danielle is working!! There was also a mid therapy session about 6-7 please do not trigger her thank you!! <3
First time doing an escape room and loved it. We did the Alcatraz experience and Heidi was our live actor. She was great! Really made the whole experience fun and the escape room was a good challenge. Definitely going to come back and do another one.
