Mazer Zone Escape Room

We do not purchase tickets for this place. It is a complete scam. We booked, arrived at the venue. It was closed. The neighbours told us that the venue inside is completely gutted and closed down sometime ago.

My booking was cancelled last minute due to a leak (which is understandable and unfortunate). I was asked if I wanted to move my booking but it was a birthday treat and couldn’t be moved. So I asked for a refund. I emailed twice and texted twice but have been constantly ignored. I have now had to contact my credit card company to seek recompense. I’m sure the escape room would have been fun, but the service is appalling and I haven’t appreciated being ignored!

Wish I could give no stars but it won’t let me post my review. 0 Star — SCAM WARNING DON’T BOOK! I normally never leave negative reviews but I feel like I need to make everyone aware of this so called escape room experience biggest scammers. Just like everyone unfortunately I have been scammed by this company before I get into the review to the other people that have been scammed get in contact with your bank if you haven’t yet they should be able to help to get your money back! Avoid Mazer Zone Escape Room at all costs. I booked a session and was later told it was cancelled due to a supposed “water leak.” Fair enough — things happen. But then they completely ghosted me when I asked for a refund. No follow-up, no apology, and no money back. It’s clear now this was just an excuse. This place took my money and ran with it. I never even got to step inside. After multiple attempts to contact them, I’ve received nothing but silence. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly shady. If you’re thinking about booking here don’t. You risk being scammed like I was and everyone else that booked. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers.
